Finals Week Fitness

Schedules are certainly busy this time of year for college students, but it’s not impossible to stay fit during a time that has many of us parked behind computer screens and tucked in libraries. If you can’t make it to the gym this time of year, these personal trainers from Gold’s Gym have workable ideas that can help you break bad eating habits and exercise, even with a busy schedule.

Where Students Like to Take Naps Around Campus

As the semester comes to a close, we want to take a moment to highlight the real MVP of finals week: Naps. The problem most students face this time of year is that with all the projects and tests to prepare for, sometimes a good night’s sleep has to be put on the back burner. The solution: Naps. And some students will nap just about anywhere, if the opportunity arises. So in this video, we ask students about their favorite nap spots around campus.

Behind the Scenes at the Butterfly House

Ever wonder what happens behind the scenes at the Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House in Chesterfield? This video brings you a close-up look at a day in the life of entomologist Tad Yankoski as he unpacks shipments of chrysalis and pins them to be hatched in their emergence cases before releasing them into the Butterfly House conservatory.

More Than Fine Art

Faculty and students from Missouri Baptist University’s Fine Arts Division share what makes the division and its departments unique. Opening with Dr. Larry Smith, division chair, a few faculty members describe the Christian values and cultural connections that reflect university-wide expectations.

Define Me

What defines you? Is it your passions, what others think? What makes you, you? Students at MBU open up about how they see themselves and how it relates to who they want to be.
